MUSEUMS AND CHURCHES (Tourist City Pass + Entrance to Museums and Foundations) No invoice shall be issued for those services regulated by art. 22 of Italian Presidential Decree No. 633/72 which provides VAT exemption for services related to visits to museums, art and picture galleries, monuments, villas, historic buildings, parks, botanical and zoological gardens and similar.
PUBLIC TOILETS (Veritas) As set forth by Italian DECREE of 21 December 1992: exemption from the obligation to issue till and full receipts for specific categories of taxpayers. (Official Journal, General Series No. 300 of 22-12-1992) All supplies of services relating to the use of public toilet facilities are not subject to the documentation requirement laid down in art. 12, paragraph 1, of Italian Law No. 413 of 30 December 1991.
