• Visitor reception outside the Palazzo di Tiziano Vecellio, where we will tell the story of the craft and the families who made it possible to continue the ancient art of the Battiloro (gold leaf maker). We will also show a roll-up with images of the gold transformation process from ingot to leaf, to illustrate the many important steps involved.
• If there are more than seven people present: the first group will start from the beginning of the transformation process (room where the melting, rolling and hand-beating of the “mould” containing the gold leaf takes place) and will end in the room where the leaf is cut and packaged; the second group will start from the end of the transformation process, namely the cutting and packaging of the leaf, and will end in the room where the processing begins.
