Venezia Unica is official network for Public Transport in Venice. It is made up of:
Venezia Unica Agencies (“Venezia Unica” card issue and travel ticket sales) Venezia Unica Ticket points (travel tickets)

Sales points are found not only in the Venice municipal area, but also in other parts of the province, for example at Dolo, Chioggia, and Sottomarina). Click on a Venezia Unica “Point of Interest” and you will find the complete list of services on sale at the corresponding sales point.

To obtain Public Transport tickets ACTV purchased online (VENEZIA UNICA), please go to the automatic ticket machines. You can get your transport tickets through QR voucher code reading or manually inserting your PNR in the automatic ticket machines. See Point Of Iinterest: 
In case of problems or inefficiencies of the automatic ticket machines, it is possible to contact the staff of one of the Sales and Collection Points, marked on the map by the points 
Customers who purchase ACTV public transport tickets through an automatic ticket machine with cash payment, and receive a paper receipt instead of change can get a cash refund from any Venezia Unica point of sale

In the city centre of Venice (including the islands), and in Mestre on the mainland, there are many authorized retailers for the sale of ACTV travel documents.
